Fifteen years. Three domains. One question that has never changed: when the system fails, can the human take back control?

I've applied that question to flight deck automation at Boeing, wearable input paradigms at Microsoft, EMS training platforms at Katalyst, AI literacy at Google, and autonomous agent deployment in developer tooling. The domain shifts. The design challenge doesn't.

Currently at Google, leading design across AI-integrated developer platforms — from prompt literacy tools used across the organization, to autonomous agent systems deployed in production engineering workflows.
